How it All Started

Promise Land Boston Terriers was established in the year 1999. Our first Boston Terrier was "Ebony". Little did we know that it was through our darling Ebony that God would begin His “mighty work”.

Ebony was sired by Philippine Grand and American Champion Anchor's Jazzman (USA). She was bred by Mr. Robert Dawson, to whom I give my deepest "thanks". I consider Robert as the “father” of the Boston Terrier Breed in the Philippines; and I feel blessed that he allowed us to have Ebony in our home.

Ebony started everything for us. I had her as a loving family member of our household; but never did I imagine that she would eventually become mother to three Philippine Grand Champions and one Philippine Champion. More importantly, I will never forget how Ebony would just give herself to us unconditionally... she loved us with all her heart.

I felt compelled to give back...

Eventually, the Vision to own, produce and exhibit Boston Terriers that would be globally competitive was birth in me. As I humbly make small steps to realize my "Vision", I have seen how God has sustained us through each victory and set-back. Though I am aware that we are remotely far from reaching our goal, I strongly believe in my heart that God will finish what He started…
